I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed Julbo support about it. Fast they got back to me, and it was not just some copy-paste kind of answer either. The person was nice and actually helped get it sorted without making the whole thing feel like a big deal. Overall, a good experience it was, and I’d order from Julbo again...

The site itself is easy enough to use, so I don’t really have a complaint there. I was just a little annoyed because my size was sold out again. Maybe I waited too long or just keep checking at the wrong time, but it’s still frustrating when the stuff I want isn’t available

"Discount Code Didn’t Actually Work"
I saw the promo and thought it was a good deal, but once I got to checkout, the code suddenly didn’t apply. It’s frustrating because there always seems to be some tiny policy loophole or fine print that lets them advertise a discount without actually honoring it when you try to use it.

"Checkout was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The checkout process was annoying. My payment kept glitching and I had to keep retrying, so it ended up taking way longer than expected. I didn’t even bother reaching out to customer service because I never really trust that they’ll actually fix anything quickly...

"Lens swapping is easier than I expected"
I ordered my Julbo sunglasses from Julbo mostly because I liked the idea of being able to switch out the lenses. I wasn’t totally sure how practical that would be in real life, but after trying it a couple times, it’s actually manageable.
The first time, I was definitely hesitant about flexing the frame because it just feels like something you shouldn’t be doing. But the lens went in without any drama. I wouldn’t call it effortless or super quick, but it’s not frustrating either.
I’m giving them 4 stars because the instructions could be clearer, especially for that first attempt. Overall though, I’m happy with them, even if I was kind of expecting the process to be a little smoother.

I felt a bit pressured into trying these, but I just couldn’t see right with them. I gave them a chance, but my vision felt off and they weren’t comfortable for me.

I ordered the black frames and somehow ended up with blue ones instead. When I reached out, support made it feel like it was my issue to deal with. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

"I was kind of hoping Julbo would have..."
I was kind of hoping Julbo would have a bigger selection, but the choices felt a bit limited for what I needed.
A lot of the styles seemed similar to me, and a few of the sizes or colors I was looking for just weren’t available. I guess it might be okay if you already have a specific pair in mind, but just browsing around felt a little disappointing.
The products might be great, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but I was expecting more variety on the site. I ended up leaving without finding anything that really felt like the right fit.

"Decent frames, but the lenses didn’t hold up"
The frames feel fine and are comfortable, but the lenses scratched way faster than I expected. I also had to call about it and got transferred around a couple times, which was annoying. Overall, they’re okay, but I’m not thrilled with the lens quality or the support experience.

I had a really smooth time shopping on julbo.us. The site loaded quickly, and I found the sunglasses I wanted without any hassle. The filters actually made sense, and the product pages had all the details I needed without making me click around forever. Checkout was simple too, with no weird steps or confusing parts. i kind of regret not checking the site out sooner because it was such an easy shopping experience.

"Nice sunglasses, but the price feels a little unfair"
I do like the sunglasses overall, they look good and feel decent enough. But the price seems a bit much for what you’re actually getting. They’re not bad by any means, I just don’t think it’s totally right to charge that much when the value isn’t anything special.

I had a frustrating time with my julbo.us account. Like... logging in was more annoying than it should’ve been, the password reset didn’t really work right, and trying to update my info felt way harder than necessary. I reached out for support too, but... yeah, it didn’t really help much. Overall, just not a great experience.

"I was actually excited to get..."
I was actually excited to get these since I’d been waiting on them for a few days, and the sunglasses themselves seem fine so far. They look like what I ordered and I don’t see any obvious damage to the actual product. That said, when the package showed up, the box was in rough shape, crushed, messy, and barely taped together. It just felt kind of cheaply packed and rushed, which was disappointing after paying for shipping.

Ordering from Julbo was smooth overall, but the payment options felt a little limited to me. I was kind of hoping for a few more choices, or maybe an easier way to check out with installments. My card worked fine in the end, so it wasn’t a big issue, just not as flexible as I would’ve liked. The site is decent, but the payment part could definitely be better.

I was browsing sunglasses on julbo.us, and from the few pairs I checked, the product info seemed clear. The lens details, fit, and what they’re best used for were right there, so I wasn’t left guessing too much. The photos helped me compare a couple options too. I can’t say every product page is like that, but the ones I looked at made the whole thing feel straightforward.

"Strap broke way too quickly"
I bought a replacement strap from julbo.us, and umm, right out of the package it just felt kind of flimsy. After only a few uses, the clip cracked, and I wasn’t even using it on a trip or anything rough. For the price, I definitely expected better. Disappointed overall.
